To improve even more the high level of excellence in customer service at Itaú PrivateBank, we designed a campaign in which the team went through several really enchanting experiences. One of them was the action Sob-medida” (Tailor-made), in which 4 cities received simultaneously the visit of a tailor, who made customized shirts for each member of the team to show the need of customization in customer service. By the end of the campaign, compliment and satisfaction measures went up by 300%.
